Common Furnace issues homeowners may experience in season and how to fix them

Subtitle: If a homeowner is experiencing issues with their equipment, one thing that they can check is batteries in their thermostat. If their thermostat does require batteries, checking or changing them is good practice. I recommend changing them at least once a year. Checking the air filter is another key point for the unit to run properly. Checking and changing the air filter regularly by pulling it out, getting a visual inspection of the air filter itself. There are some cases where snow if it has recently snowed outside and that drifting snow plugs up your intake or your exhaust that exits the side of your home. That could definitely be cleared preventing an issue with the furnace as well, too.
